How it works

Drug Interactions

Nitrates or PDE5 inhibitors (sildenafil, tadalafil, vardenafil) → additive hypotension, severe cardiovascular collapse. Alpha-blockers (tamsulosin, doxazosin) → exaggerated hypotension with phentolamine. Antihypertensives → additive blood pressure lowering. Anticoagulants/antiplatelets (warfarin, aspirin, clopidogrel, DOACs) → ↑ bleeding/bruising risk at injection site.
