Not directly. We compound your medication from a provider's prescription and ship it to you. We can't sell or dispense anything without that prescription, and patients can't order directly from us.

A pharmacist reviews every request and we'll follow up to confirm — it's not an instant checkout, but it's the fastest way to get a refill started. If it's time-sensitive, call us instead. Either location can start a refill; compounded prescriptions are always prepared at our Long Island City facility.

If you already partner with us, use the Provider Login to submit prescriptions and manage orders. If you're a prescriber who'd like to work with us, you can learn about partnership and apply — providers are typically onboarded within one business day.

We operate two pharmacies with different roles. Our Long Island City, New York facility is our headquarters and compounding facility — every compounded medication is prepared there. Our Teaneck, New Jersey pharmacy handles retail and fulfillment. Wherever you are in our seven licensed states, your medication is compounded in Long Island City and shipped to you.
