What happens after I submit this form?

A person on our team reads every submission to help match what you're looking for with a prescriber near you who partners with our pharmacy. We follow up directly, usually within one to two business days. If we're not yet licensed in your state, we'll still try to help provide any support and resources we can.

What does "partnered provider" mean? Are these The Chemist Shop's own doctors?

No. Partnered providers are independent physicians, nurse practitioners, and PAs who write prescriptions and choose to work with our pharmacy to fill them. They aren't our employees, and we don't direct their medical decisions. Our part starts after the prescription: we compound it to that patient's exact specifications and ship it within a state where we're licensed. Any evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment decision is between you and your provider.

Can The Chemist Shop fill a prescription directly for me, without going through a provider?

No. Every medication we compound requires a valid prescription from a licensed provider.

Which states do you serve? What if I'm not in one of those states?

We're licensed to compound and ship prescription medication in seven states: New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Florida, Arizona, and New Hampshire — with more pending.

If you're outside those states right now, fill out the form anyway and tell us where you are. We'll let you know honestly whether we can help yet, and we'll keep you updated when we become licensed in your state.
