Since 2007, one belief has run the whole company: a prescription isn't a product, it's a person.
We started with a standard,
not a storefront.
When a provider writes a prescription, we don't pull a finished product off a shelf. We make it — the exact strength ordered, in a form the patient can actually take, an allergen left out. It's slower than filling off a shelf. That's the point.
We started because a medicine disappeared.
In 2007, a treatment patients depended on stopped being manufactured. The market had walked away from it: the patients still needed it. So our founders built a pharmacy to make it themselves - and then everything else the market had quietly left behind.
The market can walk away from a patient. We can't.
All these years, that's still the job.

Because a compounded medication is made by hand, the people and the process matter. So we put both up for independent review.
